Soul With A Hole, Volume 1

so, this is a mix of sorts put together by mr. mayer hawthorne, who you should most certainly check out as well if you are digging this new trend of soul artists coming out. this mix is wonderful. it blends all different styles of early to mid sixties soul, from doo-wop to motown to the "heavy" soul that started to emerge in the later end of the decade. a fine compilation, indeed.
