what would happen,

if we swapped a spot inside my soul with
a note from out your voice?
would my soul relax a bit?
would it take on the sound of a little glass cat or
the smell of smoke and sex?
for that matter,
what would happen to your voice
after we placed that piece of soul
to fill the hole left by the note we stole?
would your voice get taller?
more sad?
would your voice grow a beard?
i couldn’t say for certain,
but
i think that we should try.
I really like this a lot. Not much else to say really, but only because I think that to use words to talk about words that already convey something potent and powerful is a disservice to them. (As an aside, I had just found that how to be alone video too, and I really like it also).
